全国异地设计服务

熹维设计承接全国范围内的异地住宅设计项目，由南京总部与西安分公司按照统一标准执行。

异地项目并非单纯线上交付图纸，设计师会现场测量，并在施工的重要阶段进行现场交底、设计对接，持续参与项目落地。

Shine-v Design undertakes remote residential design projects nationwide. Services are delivered by both the Nanjing Headquarters and Xi’an Branch in compliance with unified standards.

Remote projects are not merely limited to drawing handover online. Our designers conduct on-site measurement, perform on-site technical handover and design coordination at key construction stages, and maintain continuous engagement throughout project implementation.

异地服务流程

01｜前期沟通

业主可选择前往南京总部、西安分公司进行线下沟通，也可以通过线上会议交流。设计师会了解家庭成员、生活方式、居住需求、审美偏好、项目情况及预算范围，明确初步设计方向和合作方式。

02｜签订设计合同

双方确认合作后签订正式设计合同，明确设计内容、服务范围、项目节点及双方责任。

03｜现场测量

合同签订后，设计师前往项目所在地进行现场测量和空间勘察，了解房屋实际尺寸、结构、设备及现场条件，为后续设计提供准确依据。

04｜方案与深化设计

按照统一设计标准完成平面方案、SU空间白模、效果图、全套施工图，以及主材和软装搭配等设计内容。

05｜施工交底与跟进

根据施工进度，设计师会在拆除、水电、木工、油工等重要阶段前往现场进行交底，并通过专属项目群持续处理施工过程中的设计问题。

01 | Preliminary Consultation

Clients may visit our Nanjing Headquarters or Xi’an Branch for in-person consultation, or communicate via online meetings. Designers will learn about family composition, lifestyle, living requirements, aesthetic preferences, project profile and budget scope to define the preliminary design direction and cooperation mode.

02 | Design Contract Signing

A formal design contract will be signed upon mutual confirmation of cooperation, specifying design deliverables, service scope, project milestones and responsibilities of both parties.

03 | Site Measurement

After contract execution, designers travel to the project site for on-site measurement and spatial survey. They document the property’s actual dimensions, structure, utilities and site conditions to establish accurate references for subsequent design work. 

04 | Schematic & Detailed Design

In compliance with unified design standards, we deliver floor plans, SU spatial massing models, renderings, a full set of construction drawings, as well as material specification and soft furnishing proposals.

05 | Construction Handover & Follow-up

In accordance with the construction schedule, designers attend on-site technical handover at key stages including demolition, plumbing & electrical rough-in, carpentry and painting. Dedicated project groups are used to continuously resolve design-related issues throughout construction.

现场服务

异地项目通常根据合同约定安排重要施工节点的现场服务，常规项目现场交底原则上不超过5次。

如项目情况复杂，需要增加现场服务次数，可由业主与设计师根据实际情况另行沟通。

On-site services for key construction milestones of remote projects are generally arranged in accordance with contractual agreements. For standard projects, on-site technical handovers shall not exceed 5 times in principle.

If the project is complex and additional on-site visits are required, clients and designers may conduct further discussions based on actual conditions.

主材与软装

异地项目的主材与软装可通过线上沟通、现场选样或快递邮寄小样等方式确认。

业主也可提供当地材料样品、产品信息或链接，由设计师结合整体方案，对材质、颜色、规格及搭配效果提出建议。

Main materials and soft furnishings for remote projects may be confirmed through online communication, on-site sample selection or physical sample delivery by courier.

Clients may also provide local material samples, product information or links. Designers will offer recommendations on textures, colours, specifications and matching effects in combination with the overall design scheme.

项目落地说明

异地项目可由业主自行选择施工团队；具备合作条件的地区，熹维也可协助推荐合作施工方。设计师会持续参与交底、节点确认及施工沟通。

为保证设计与落地的完整性，熹维目前以完整住宅设计项目为主，不单独承接效果图、平面方案或户型改造服务。

For remote projects, clients may select their own construction teams. In regions where cooperation is feasible, Shine-v Design may also assist in recommending qualified contractors. Designers will remain continuously involved in technical handover, milestone verification and construction communication.

To preserve the integrity of design and implementation, Shine-v Design primarily takes on complete residential design projects at present. Standalone services for renderings, floor layout schemes or floor plan renovation are not available.
