熹维设计承接普通精装房及科技住宅的改造与空间优化项目，并根据房屋原有条件和业主需求确定改造范围。

Shine-V Design undertakes renovation and space optimization projects for standard finished apartments and smart residential units. The scope of renovation is determined based on the existing conditions of the property and the requirements of the homeowners.

改造方式

01｜整体改造

适用于原有布局、风格或使用功能与业主需求差异较大的项目，可根据实际情况进行整体重新规划。

02｜局部改造

保留部分原有硬装，对空间布局、柜体、灯光、材质或局部功能进行调整。

03｜软装与定制优化

在基本保留原精装的基础上，通过全屋定制、家具、灯具及软装搭配重新优化整体空间。

01 | Full Renovation 

Suitable for projects where the original layout, style or functions differ greatly from homeowners’ requirements. Full re-planning can be carried out according to actual site conditions.

02 | Partial Renovation

 Retain part of the existing hard finishes, and adjust the spatial layout, cabinetry, lighting, materials or partial functional areas.

03 | Soft Furnishings & Customization Optimization

 On the basis of keeping the original hard decoration largely intact, optimize the overall space through whole-house customization, furniture, lighting and soft furnishing matching.

精装房改造通常围绕实际居住需求展开，包括：

设计过程中，会尽量保留状态良好且能够继续利用的原有材料和设备，减少不必要的拆除。

Renovation of finished apartments is usually developed around practical living needs, including:

—  Mismatch between the original interior style and personal aesthetic preferences

—  Insufficient storage space

—  Unreasonable spatial layout or circulation paths

—  Functional optimization required for kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms

—  Redesign of lighting, cabinetry and overall material coordination

During the design process, existing materials and fixtures in good usable condition will be retained as much as possible to avoid unnecessary demolition.

科技住宅改造

对于科技住宅，由于墙体、顶面可能涉及毛细管网、新风及其他设备系统，拆改会受到一定限制。

设计前会结合现场条件判断可调整范围，再进行空间、柜体、灯光、材质及软装优化。

For smart residential units, demolition and modification are subject to certain restrictions since walls and ceilings may contain capillary networks, fresh air systems and other mechanical equipment. Prior to design, we assess the adjustable scope based on site conditions, followed by optimization of space, cabinetry, lighting, materials and soft furnishings.
