熹维设计南京总部与西安分公司均提供住宅施工落地服务，采用自营施工团队，并执行统一的施工流程、工艺标准与验收体系。根据业主实际需求，可选择半包施工或设计施工一体化的全案服务。

Shine-v Design's Nanjing Headquarters and Xi’an Branch both provide residential construction implementation services. We employ in-house construction teams and enforce unified construction workflows, craftsmanship standards and acceptance systems. Clients may opt for partial contracting or an integrated design-and-build full-service package according to their actual requirements.

施工流程

01｜施工准备

结合最终设计方案和施工图，确认施工内容、工程报价、材料清单及项目进度安排。

02｜现场交底

开工前由设计师、项目经理及相关施工人员进行现场交底，明确尺寸、工艺要求及重点设计节点。

03｜分阶段施工

按照既定施工流程依次完成拆除、水电、木工、瓦工、油漆及安装等工程，并做好各工序之间的衔接。

04｜阶段验收

监理在不同施工阶段进行质量检查与节点验收，发现问题及时整改后再进入下一道工序。

05｜设计跟进

施工过程中，设计师持续参与关键节点确认、工艺指导、尺寸核对及现场问题处理，尽量保证施工结果与设计方案保持一致。

06｜竣工交付

项目完成后进行整体验收、收口检查及交付，并向业主提供相应质保文件。

01 | Construction Preparation

Based on the final design proposals and construction drawings, we confirm construction scopes, project quotations, material lists and overall project schedules.

02 | On-site Technical Handover

Prior to construction commencement, designers, project managers and construction personnel conduct comprehensive on-site handover, clarifying precise dimensions, technical requirements and key design nodes.

03 | Phased Construction

Following standardized procedures, we complete construction phases in sequence, including demolition, water and electricity installation, carpentry, tile work, painting and final assembly, ensuring smooth connection between all working procedures.

04 | Phased Acceptance

Supervisors conduct professional quality inspections and nodal acceptance at each construction stage. Any detected defects will be rectified thoroughly before the next procedure proceeds.

05 | Design Follow-up

Throughout the construction period, designers continuously verify key construction nodes, guide on-site craftsmanship, check dimensional accuracy and resolve on-site problems, to ensure the final effect is highly consistent with the original design scheme.

06 | Project Completion & Delivery

Upon project completion, overall inspection, finishing check and final delivery are carried out. Complete warranty documents will be delivered to the client.

项目管理

施工过程中由项目经理、监理和设计师共同参与项目管理。

项目经理：负责现场管理、施工人员安排、工程进度及上下工序衔接；

监理：负责各阶段施工质量检查与验收；

设计师：负责现场交底、设计节点确认及施工过程中的设计指导。

通过不同岗位之间的协作，让施工质量、设计效果和项目进度能够同步推进。

The entire construction process is jointly managed by project managers, supervisors and designers of Shine-v Design.

Project Manager: Responsible for on-site management, construction personnel arrangement, project schedule control and coordination of successive construction procedures.

Supervisor: In charge of construction quality inspection and nodal acceptance throughout all construction stages.

Designer: Responsible for on-site technical handover, confirmation of key design nodes and professional design guidance during the whole construction process.

The collaboration of multiple professional roles ensures synchronous progress of construction quality, design presentation and project schedule, delivering standardized and high-quality residential decoration results.

预算管理

预算会贯穿设计与施工全过程。从前期沟通、方案深化到最终报价，持续结合设计方案和业主投入进行调整，尽量让设计、施工与预算保持一致。

Budget management runs through the entire process of design and construction. From preliminary consultation and in-depth scheme refinement to final quotation confirmation, we continuously optimize and adjust solutions based on design schemes and clients’ investment budget, so as to maximize the consistency among design planning, construction implementation and budget control.

材料管理

施工辅材由公司统一采购并提供相应材料清单，主材可根据业主需求选择自购、公司协助选样或代采。详细内容可在“施工材料”版块中查看。

Auxiliary construction materials are centrally procured by Shine-v Design, with corresponding material lists supplied. For main materials, clients may opt for self-purchase, sample selection assistance from our team or entrusted procurement. Further details are available in the "Construction Materials" section.

质保与售后

项目竣工后，公司提供正式质保文件。

Upon project completion, Shine-v Design will issue official warranty documents.
